The NEW Tyre Labelling regulation will come into law within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from 1st May. Equivalent UK law for England, Scotland & Wales is planned to follow (ref: expected date August 2021).
The new EU Tyre Label has a more simplified system of label classes and will include a new ‘QR Code’, plus an area for new tyre symbols (ref: 3PMSF & ICE symbol).
