ETB Evesham is on a recruitment drive for an assistant manager, an MOT tester, a tyre fitter and an experienced mechanic, as it aims to transform its automotive offering for motorists in the area.
The four positions have been created at ETB’s depot in Briar Close and all ambitious, pro-active professionals are being urged to get in touch.
ETB Evesham offers a full range of automotive services including tyres, exhausts, batteries, air-con servicing, wheel balancing, brakes, MOTs and servicing. It stocks the latest premium Bridgestone and Firestone tyres at incredible prices and the depot is seen as an integral part of its overall network, which now sits at 37 centres.

MOT Tester
Your role will involve, carrying out MOTs to DVSA standards. When not testing, you’ll be working alongside colleagues replacing tyres, wheel alignments, servicing, brake replacement and suspension repairs, etc. You will be required to provide the highest quality of workmanship and all work is carried out in-line with the industry and company procedures. You must adhere to all health & safety requirements. We supply all workwear / PPE that is required and you must have a full driving licence and your own tools. The successful applicant will be required to communicate clearly and practice good customer service. You must be reliable and to contribute positively to the continued success of our business at Evesham. Wages and other benefits to be discussed at interview.
Tyre Fitter/ Wheel Alignment
As a tyre fitter / wheel aligner, you will be a key member of our team. Your role will involve replacing tyres, puncture repairs and carrying out wheel alignments. Experience in servicing, brake replacement and suspension repairs, etc, would be of interest but not essential. You will be required to provide the highest quality of workmanship and all work is carried out in line with the industry and company procedures. Adhering to all health & safety requirements is vital. We supply all workwear / PPE that is required.

You must be reliable and to contribute positively to maintain continued growth of our business at Evesham. Assistant Manager
The assistant manager will have experience of managing and working alongside an effective team within the automotive or motor trade service, maintenance and repair sector. Experience in vehicle fast fit tyre / brake / exhaust centre, or larger independent garage is of particular interest. Working knowledge and experience of MOTs / service / repair / tyres / brakes is required. We work on all vehicle makes.
The assistant manager will be able to deliver the very best customer experience both directly and through their actions and the actions of all of the team.
This varied role mixes the duties of the assistan manager, service advisor, workshop control as well as working alongside your colleagues. Mechanic
As a key member of the team, your role will involve carrying out servicing, brake replacement and suspension repairs, etc. You will be required to provide the highest quality of workmanship and all work to be carried out in line with the industry and company procedures. You must adhere to all health & safety requirements. We supply all workwear / PPE that is required and you must have a UK full driving licence and your own tools.
