Accidental Impact Damage Cover
If your tyre sustains accidental damage to the tread or sidewall within the legal lifetime of the tyre (up to 1.6mm remaining tread depth,which can't be repaired by an ETB group member to British Standards BSAU/159), it will be replaced Free of charge or at a discounted price minus an allowance based on the remaining tread depth. Please see discount table below.

Puncture Repair
Any punctures within this period will be repaired to British Standard BSAU/159 Free of charge. Where required, a new tubeless valve will be fitted and the wheel will be re-balanced free of charge. Punctures which cannot be repaired will be given a discount for a new tyre based on the tread depth remaining, please see table above. Tyres driven on when deflated due to a puncture or any other reason are specifically excluded from the cover under this guarantee.
How To Make A Claim
To make a claim under the ETB Aftercare Club, just return the tyre to the ETB store it was purchased from along with a copy of your original invoice. ETB will then repair free of charge or replace the damaged tyre at the correct discounted price according to the table above.

FREE of charge when you Join our ETB Aftercare Club and purchase 2 or more Bridgestone Tyres.
1. You must provide us with a valid e-mail and mobile telephone number and agree we may contact you.
2. Offers & discounted services apply to the vehicle to which the Bridgestone tyres have been fitted & are valid for 24 months from date of invoice.
3. The offers are valid at all ETB locations and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Please see our web site for a list of stores. https://www.etbtyres.co.uk/locations/
4. The original cash sales invoice from ETB group will be required as proof of purchase before any guaranteed work can be carried out. The guarantee applies to price of tyre(s) on day of purchase/replacement. Your invoice is your warrantee & contains information about the Bridgestone tyres fitted date and position on your vehicle. Please keep it safe.
5. Any car tyre under guarantee must be fitted with a new tubeless valve (where applicable) and the wheel tyre assembly must be balanced at the time of purchase.
6. The Bridgestone tyre accidental damage guarantee is provided as part of the ETB Aftercare Club and only apply on tyres which are fitted to a vehicle by members of the ETB Group and excludes tyres fitted to lose wheels.
7. Tyres damaged by criminal or malicious action, vandalism, improper use, fire, theft, use in competitive sport, road accidents, repair by another garage other than ETB Group, mechanical defect of the vehicle, driving on incorrect pressure or a deflated or punctured tyre are specifically excluded from the cover under this guarantee.
8. Your Bridgestone tyre accidental damage guarantee applies from the date of your purchase, is not transferable to other vehicles or persons and is valid for the life of the tyre for which it was purchased.
9. Bridgestone tyre accidental damage guarantee is available to private motorists only. Taxis, motorcycles, vans, private hire vehicles, driving school vehicles, company owned cars, cars used for business or commercial purposes are excluded.
10. Bridgestone tyre accidental damage guarantee applies to all passenger tyres in any speed rating. Run-flat tyres cannot be covered by this guarantee.
11. Replacement tyres supplied under the guarantee will not be guaranteed from the date of original purchase. A new guarantee can be purchased by the customer for the replacement tyres.
12. Puncture repairs to British Standard BSAU/159 9. can only be undertaken in the repairable tread area of the tyre. (Repairable area marked in green)
13. Puncture repairs must be completed at a branch of ETB or ETB Group member. Bridgestone tyre accidental damage guarantee is invalid if the tyre is removed or repaired by any other company or individual.
14.Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms of this guarantee.
15. ETB have the right to amend, change or withdraw this promotion at any time.
